What is InterNACHI® and why should it matter to you?

The ONLY Nationally Accredited Home Inspection training.

The InterNACHI® School is the only home inspector training organization accredited by the U.S. Dept. of Education, and its courses have earned more than 1,400 other governmental approvals and accreditations.

Why should this matter to you?

Georgia is actually one of the few states with no formal requirements for home inspection training. Still, realtors, buyers and sellers typically only hire home inspectors with the education and training to back up their work. OTP Home Inspection and InterNACHI® have you covered. Our owner, Matt Fowler, is an InterNACHI® Certified Home Inspector with the experience and professionalism that you'd expect from an internationally accredited inspector.

About our Owner

Matt grew up in Castleton, Vermont. His parents were both self-employed (his mother was a preschool teacher and his father was a machinist) and they instilled in him a strong work ethic and moral compass. His father was also a jack of all trades with experience in building, electrical, plumbing, roofing and general DIYness. This is where Matt developed his passion for building and home inspection. He became certified in 2019 but before that had done hundreds of inspections in both Texas and Georgia. Matt believes that a handshake is as good as any contract and a good reputation is built on good deeds and honest workmanship.
