The InterNACHI® School is the only home inspector training organization accredited by the U.S. Dept. of Education, and its courses have earned more than 1,400 other governmental approvals and accreditations.
Why should this matter to you?
Georgia is actually one of the few states with no formal requirements for home inspection training. Still, realtors, buyers and sellers typically only hire home inspectors with the education and training to back up their work. OTP Home Inspection and InterNACHI® have you covered. Our owner, Matt Fowler, is an InterNACHI® Certified Home Inspector with the experience and professionalism that you'd expect from an internationally accredited inspector.

We understand that buying a home is one of the most important decisions a person or family can make. At OTP Home Inspection, it is our promise that we will do our level best to make sure that you and your realtors have all of the information you need to feel confident in purchasing your next home. On time. Trusted. Professional. It's more than just a motto, it's our mantra.
Peachtree City Resident and InterNachi Certified Inspector Matt Fowler.
Matt grew up in Castleton, Vermont. His parents were both self-employed (his mother was a preschool teacher and his father was a machinist) and they instilled in him a strong work ethic and moral compass. His father was also a jack of all trades with experience in building, electrical, plumbing, roofing and general DIYness. This is where Matt developed his passion for building and home inspection. He became certified in 2019 but before that had done hundreds of inspections in both Texas and Georgia. Matt believes that a handshake is as good as any contract and a good reputation is built on good deeds and honest workmanship.
